About El Granada
El Granada was designed by noted architect Daniel Burnham to take full advantage of the terrain and ocean views. Built in a wheel and spokes pattern, the homes climb into the hills and many have lovely harbor and blue-water views of our gorgeous Pacific. El Granada offers a small-town feel, a variety of available homes and neighborhoods and a laid-back family-friendly atmosphere.
Many restaurants and coffee shops dot the town, and closeby is the bustling Princeton Harbor with its restaurants, shops and cafes. Locals and visitors alike enjoy many ocean activities - kayaking, surfing, paddle-boarding, fishing, crabbing, whale-watching. Land sports are a big draw as well - biking, hiking, walking, just taking in the scenery!
